Registration for the conference is through the registration page on the KES Membership Portal which can be found

If you are not already a KES member you will be asked to sign up (free of charge) for KES bronze membership which will qualify you for reduced early registration rates.

If you attended InnovationKT'2009 you will already be a KES Silver Member, and qualify for a further reduced registration rate.
If you are a KES silver member you can find out how to get your login details ..here.. You can also check whether you are already registered as a KES member.

Log in to the KES Portal ..here.. and you will be able to select Full or Student registration, order a copy of the Conference Proceedings and a ticket for the Conference Dinner


Payment Methods

It is recommended that you pay the registration fee by credit card, however, we also accept payment by bank transfer. You can find instructions about bank transfer payments ..here..

Fees and Charges

The conference fees are quoted here in Euros with the approximate equivalent in UK Pounds Sterling. By default, charges will be made in Euros. However, if you specifically need to pay in Pounds Sterling please contact


Registration

Registration is an inclusive rate comprising:-

  • Attendance at the conference
  • Morning and afternoon tea and coffee each day
  • Lunch each day
  • Publication of one paper in the conference proceedings (conforming to the published conditions concerning submission, length and deadlines)
  • A copy of the conference programme containing abstracts of all papers


Full Registration

Early Full Registration Fee (By Early Deadline):
KES Silver Members: 410 Euros / 350 GB Pounds
KES Bronze Members / Non-Members: 450 Euros / 385 GB Pounds


Student Registration

Early Student Registration (By Early Deadline):
KES Silver Members: 330 Euros / 285 GB Pounds
KES Bronze Members / Non-Members: 370 Euros / 315 GB Pounds

Student registration is available to those providing a letter on headed note-paper from their University signed by their Head of Department/School confirming that they are a student on a programme of research. Student registration is limited to the first 30 registrants. After these places are taken students must register at the Full rate.

Late Registration

The Late Registration Fee applies to both Full and Student registrants after the Early Deadline
Late Full Registration Fee (After Early Deadline): 550 Euros / 470 GB Pounds
Late registration payment can only be made by credit card.


Authors' Registration

Every paper to be published in the Springer proceedings must have at least one author who has registered for the conference and paid the fee by the Early Deadline.


Extra Charges

There will be additional charges for the following items:-

  • A CDROM copy of the Springer proceedings:
    60 Euros / 50 GB Pounds
  • Additional page charge for papers longer than 10 pages:
    50 Euros / 43 GB Pounds per page
  • Ticket for the conference dinner, evening of 7 December:
    70 Euros / 60 GB Pounds
  • Publication of each additional paper in the Springer proceedings (one paper included in registration fee):
    200 Euros / 170 GB Pounds
  • Accompanying person charge (no conference dinner ticket, purchase separately if required):
    90 Euro / 76 GB Pounds


Accompanying Person Registration

An "Accompanying Person" is someone who accompanies a full delegate but takes no part in the conference. An example is the wife or husband of an author. The following conditions apply:-

  • An accompanying person must register with a Full or Student delegate (ie they may not attend the symposium alone).
  • The Accompanying Person registration provides morning and afternoon teas/coffees, and lunch each day.
  • It does not allow entry to any conference sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings.
